SQUIER WHAT!!

Spotted one the wild the other day at sam ash, a fiver in black and maple. Plugged it into a newer rumble 100, great B string, as good as a g&l l2500 I once owned. Got to a/b it with a slightly older used stingray 5 they had there, the dimension is somewhat agressive, not as hot as the g&l's, but more so than the stingray which sounded a bit polite, rounder and vintage in comparison (was probably an alnico pickup in it) I dont think the dimension will be as versatile as the stingray with its three way switch but very usable tones on the edgy aggressive side. Of note, the neck felt fantastic, the fret work and setup was decent, no sprouting, my guess would be 9 1/2 to 10lbs. It took all I had not to walk out with it drool
