Status-Graphite preamp installation

Hi guys & gals,

I'm just in the middle of re-installing the original Status preamp (board TB42) into my 1990 Series II. If anyone has instructions/the wiring diagram for this model that they could either mail to me or send me via pm, I'd be most grateful!

This is the model used on the older 2-band eq Status basses (mid 80's to early 90's & including early Stealth models.)
