Details

Up for sale is my Status S2 Classic 6 string. It has been my go-to bass for the last year. I like my action really low, and the Status neck is as solid as they come. It does have a truss rod so you can dial the action in the way you like it, and then after that it simply stays put. Humid summer pool gig? No problem - the action is still exactly the same.

Tonally it's similar to a Modulus in that the full spectrum is provided due to the graphite, and the pre-amp does a nice job of letting you add as much warmth as needed to complement the articulation of the graphite. The end result is a tone that sits very well in the pocket, but also gives you a nice voice.

(Roland Gk-3b pickup not included)

Price includes shipping (within USA).

I'm looking for a straight sale; however, part of the fun of selling is receiving trade offers, so feel free to run them by me.

Here is a clip of the Status on a recent gig. This is going through my oh-so portable EBS head -> 1x12 Bergantino rig.

Having just put some new strings on the Status, I decided to record a quick demo. The walking line features the 100% front pickup, and the lead line is 50/50 blend. I have a lot more clarity dialed in via the on-board midrange control in this clip. For a point of reference, the other clip (Mr Magic) I had dialed in a more lower midrange sound because I wanted a more bottom focused sound.. whereas this one is a little more throaty and articulate sounding in the lead. The walking line is super thumpy even with the same mid settings, but that is just a change in the right hand.

Hi Jordan. I tried to send you a PM, but TB tells me that your inbox is full. Still entertaining trade offers?

That is great playing! Amazing in fact. Wonderful touch and feel. What was the recording chain?
