Steinberger bass bridges

I need to know if any Steinberger bass or any bass having a licensed Steinberger bridge are grounded in any way? Since they are black painted , all parts of it in fact…
I’m having no clue about this and so little available on that topic! Does the paint creates a non conductive circuit for the strings on those bridges? Thank you

I can't recall if the Steinberger bridges I used in the past had a bare spot underneath or not, but you could always take some sandpaper and sand down to bare metal to create a contact point for a grounding wire. This would only be necessary if you're using passive pickups, of course, which nearly all vintage Steinbergers did not use.

My Hohner licensed is conductive. It looks more like a type of anodizing or gun bluing, than paint like a powder coat does.

Real Steinberger bass bridges are not grounded. No bass with EMG actives needs to be.

Spirits are grounded. I can’t speak to anything else.
