< played an Engelhardt upright today. It had nylon roundwound strings on it, which i found weird. It was kind of a lesson, my mom knows i want an upright but wanted to make sure it was what i wanted so the guy helped me with technique and such, and the guy had me play along with him on guitar. He asked me to name a song to play and all i could think of was Zeppelin songs. We settled on old hymns and played for about an hour and a half. The guy was impressed because i knew notes, scales, and could play in tune. He said i could come by whenever and play it, so thats pretty freakin shweet. That's one sexy upright.
