Still struggling with the Source Audio C4

Tonight it just stopped being recognised in the Neuro Editor. Literally nothing. It then went through a series of trying to add itself but failing. I ended up falling reinstalling Neuro and factory resetting the pedal after its presets completely glitched. It only started working after it eventually got recognised by the Android version.

Then, after I'd done all that, I plugged output 1 back in and got crackly sound, then no sound, then eventually it decided to play.

Is it usually this unstable? It was brand new!

I've got a Spectrum and never had an issue, as well as having loads of fun with it.

SA pedals are very sensitive to power and how they're turned on. I've had issues plugging them in partially (not intentionally) where some issues were created. I fixed the issue by using an additional power strip and adjusting the pedal to be turned off when powering up my board thru Nuero.

Last night it was probably the long duration solar CME (coronal mass ejection) causing aurora in surprising latitudes, it was almost a Carrington level event, but fortunately not. It will definitely add energy to the upcoming storm.

May I inquire about how you factory reset your C4? Asking because I just had another user report to me that their C4 had similar issues until we advised to try a hardware factory reset rather than a reset induced by Neuro.

Just hold the footswitch down before/while powering on. The light at the top will go solid green and then turn off again once the reset is complete.
