I've searched the forums and the internet, but I can't find an answer to this question anywhere.
I recently purchased a 2010 Stingray Classic with a Birdseye Maple neck. I was able to get it mostly dialed in, but how do I set the string radius properly on one of these basses? I think it has a 7.5" neck radius, but all of my radius gauges are 7.25", 9.5", 10", 12", etc.
I set the low E string to around 2.4mm of height, now how the heck do I set the remaining strings? Can I just get them all relatively close together, or am I overthinking it?
Otherwise -- can I just lower the string height on all of the strings until I start to get buzz, and then raise them all slightly?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
Edit: String RADIUS, not neck relief.
