Dear forum mates, I would like to announce 3 instruments stolen from my friend's place in Santa Monica, LA about two weeks ago:

    - A Gibson Les Paul Zakk Wylde model. This is not an ordinary ZW signature. It was purchased from his personal collection, with visible signs of stage use on it. Definitely a collector's item. Serial #: ZWA17

    - A G&L L2000 bass. Year 1984. Black alder body, rosewood fingerboard. Black bridge and control plate. 3-bolt neck with micro-tilt adjustment. Serial #: B015138

    - A Taylor acoustic guitar. Unfortunately I don't have the serial #.

I also post the pics of the stolen gear below. The police is informed about the incident. They may probably appear somewhere for sale. If you ever bump into these instruments anywhere (Ebay, Craiglist, local store, pawn shop, etc.), we'd be grateful if you contact me. My email is ilkergo@gmail.com.

    Thank you...

    Not yet. I will, though...

Thx for the bumps btw. So many "posts per second" here, that posts go down in a blink :)

Btw, LA is at the Mexican border. Any chances that the axes end up in Mexico? What do you think?

If so, maybe my Mexican bass bros may also happen to see them around. Any help is greatly appreciated...

I'd like to thank the admin for moving the post to the right place. I ran a search with the keyword "stolen" but somehow missed this section. I read the rules, too, and wanna use my right to "bump every 2 hours" :)
