Stone Temple Pilots flies again!

So, what do you guys think of the new album?

I think it's a great starting point with their new singer, Jeff Gutt.

There's fast and mid tempo rockers, and some beautiful ballads. I hope STP goes more experimental and takes a few more chances with their next record.

When STP was functioning at their prime, they had a very good record out put. I have a sense from the interviews I've read with them that they want to make a lot more records, which thrills me. STP tends to record their albums very fast when everything is working well for them. I truly hope this rebirth of the band restarts their career as recording artists.

I like it so far. Can’t compare it with their classics but it’s a great album overall. Jeff Gutt does a great job although sometimes sounds “too Weiland” IMO.

“The art of letting go” has stuck in my head . Rob de Leo is solid, tasteful and melodic as always. Top player.
