Streamliner 600

I'm in China and I just got a Streamliner 600. I plugged it in at 230 and it powered up but got no sound. I than switched it to 115 now it won't power up. Any help? Thanks for anything!!!

What voltage is in China?

Did you flip the Voltage Selector Switch on the back from 115 to 230, before you powered the amp? (I think china is 220 @ 50 hertz). Check the Fuse.

China is 220 but not sure about the hertz. There is an internal fuse, Tsunami? So I have to pull the thing apart?

I just looked at the Streamliner 600 block diagram I do not see a fuse, my bad.
