Double Bass String emporium

I ordered a Lenzner D string from string emporium and haven't heard back from them at all. No email and no return phone call. Which is unusual. Anybody else having issues?

How long has it been?
I've always had good luck with them, but sometimes it takes a day or two to get a confirmation. I think it's a pretty small operation and afaik Steve is still the associate principle of the Phoenix Symphony.

I just ordered some strings online from them and received them no problem. Not the fastest turnaround though.

A bit ago I ordered some Efrano strings from them and didn't get a response for a while. I called and had to leave a message. Ended up finally getting a hold of someone and it turns out they were out of Efrano G's and were waiting for them. They ended up subbing a Lenzner G and got my order shipped out. My guess is it might be something similar and they might be out of stock at the moment.
