I just bought a bass that has rounds on it.

Black ball ends

White/Pearl color yarn - only at the tuner end

Sounds like an older version of Dean Markley Blue Steels.

Thanks, how are they? I'm more of a flats user- TI and Labella Low. Recently I've tried out the D'Addario XL 170's and they seem ok.
