I've been playing for around 6 months, and today was the first time I got to change strings. As I have basically no experience with different brands, I've decided to try as many as I can and see what I like most. Long story short, I bought a set of Sunbeams and a set of Roto 66 Nickels, and ultimately decided to leave Rotos on for now. However, I'd like to put the Sunbeams on in a few months. Am I right thinking that they are going to sound like new after a couple months lying in a cool, dry drawer? I've only played them for half an hour or so.
