String-through-body, better idea?

I just made and posted this video on string through body set up using the KSM Foundation.

Any constructive feedback would be nice since I'm working out design kinks. So far, I am liking the string through better than top load. Can't put my finger on it, but the string response and all out feel is better, which is saying something since the KSM already made all of that like 10 times better.

Are you building a neck for that body you showed there? (The body looks sweet!)

Thanks, I'm using a neck from a different bass that the body cracked in half. But on others I'm ordering the neck from Warmoth. I don't have the tools, or patience for neck making haha.
