I have fallen in love with GHS Pressurewounds. Like the baby bear between flats and rounds that just works for me. Problem is I dig Tapered Bs on fivers. Can't find that GHS makes them. Are there other comparable strings? My search did not drum up much info. Thanks!

  2. Ken Smith Compressors are also made by GHS and they're the closest sibling to the Pressurewounds. You can get the tapered 125B as a single to match up with the PW 4-string set.

  3. By the way, one of my future string experiments will be to match up one of the PW 4-string sets with the Progressive 130B, which is exposed core. A roundwound low B for a bit more bite and definition to balance with the rest.
