Stripping Nitro

I'm looking to strip select pieces of a nitro neck to make it look broken in. Any tips on how to do this and make it look realistic? A friendly TBer recommended Painter Remover Cloths, but they don't make them anymore.

Any suggestions?

The PDF isn't broken, I just opened it...

Right-click on Link Removed and select "save target as", and save the PDF file to your desktop, My Documents folder, etc.

My only issue with the walkthrough is that he takes *all* the finish off the back of the neck from the nut to the heel, and most vintage guitars I've seen only had the finish worn off in patches. Everything else is just amazing.
