ok so here is the situation.
I bought a new Strymon Zuma on ebay from a music store in Australia.
Turns out there is a fault on one of the rails.
So they organize a replacement to be shipped to me without delay and allow me to wait until the replacement arrives before I ship the faulty unit back so that I can continue to use my board (using other 9 rails) in the mean time.
How often does that happen?
Just thought I would put a huge shout out to Matt from Strymon Support and Reece from Noise Toys Imports in Australia for their help.
They are seriously amazing.
ps. If you are looking for a new power supply, the Strymon Zuma is awesome!
