Subway TT-800

Thoughts on the new TT-800 released just now by Mesa?
The 2-channel design seems convincing, but I'm not sure I'd happily give up my WD-800's tone sculpting options for it. Wondering what the difference in sound/character overall might be.
Hard to tell from the video here, but it's a first impression.

I'm kinda with the OP. I'll stick with my WD800 and Walkabout.
Of course to really understand any new amp you have to try it out for yourself, but the description provided does not move me to consider dumping my current Mesa amps.

I never used a 400/400+, so I have no compare there. The suggestion that the Subway pre section combines some elements of the D800/800+ AND WD800 does not move me because I sold my D800+ and happily went with the WD800 as soon as it was available. I never bonded with the Carbine flavor of the D800/800+ and have been very happy with the WD800. I also still use my Walkabout as much as I can and when I need more volume, but still want the Walkabout flavor, I switch to the WD800.

It's very cool that Mesa and Andy/agedhorse get so much input from TB on new amps of course, but there's nothing here that calls out to me on this new amp. Just means I'm very happy with my other Mesa amps
