Sunn 118v or vh dimensions needed

A while ago I have acquired a sunn 118v or maybe a vh cab that the previous owner had poorly redone the baffle so it would be like a “normal” 4x12. Does anyone have one that could get tell me the dimensions of the baffle and folded horn to a sunn 118v or vh? Not sure the difference. Or maybe a link to where I can get them. I’m good with carpentry so putting it back to the original state wouldn’t be hard but I’d like to get the dimensions so I can do it right.

I have 2 of the 118CV cabs. Problem is, there burried in a storage building that I won't be able to get to for a while. I have a copy of the informational sheet that gives the overall dimension and the weight. 24" high, 34" wide, 26" deep and 120lbs. None of that addresses the "folded" curves inside. I'll be glad to take some pics when I can get to mine, but it might be a while. There is an unofficial Sunn site with tons of info and a forum. Unfortunately, it's down for a while. If you have access to a fax, I could send you this page with the info on it. It also has a small pic. You wouldn't be able tell much, but you'd get an idea. :cool:

I do and you’re more than welcome to send it over t, 1(262)878-1337. But is the 118cv the one that has the large curved baffle/horn? What I’m looking for does not. They’re usually labels 118v or vh. People seem to use them interchangeably or maybe there is a slight difference. What I’m looking for is something like this. What I need is the width of the front baffle and the dimensions for the folded horn. So maybe how far from the back of the cabinet does the wood for the horn go, the width of the horn opening at the baffle, and the width of the horn at the rear (in case its at an angle). Then I should be good and can finish it. So I only need a few measurements if anyone has one and would be kind enough to do that for me. :)

Yea - different cabs. Always some confusion with some of the numbers and leters for some of the Sunn gear. I'll fax what I have anyway. Therein is also one of those deals where Sunn is calling it 118MH, but there is also mine that have the Cerwin Vega speakers and labeled 118 CV or something close. If the forum site ever gets back on line, you can probably find something there. Good luck. :cool:
