Sunn 2 15 questions? have gig tonight replys ASAP please

Hey everybody i got a question for you guys? Im playin a gig tonight we're im gonna use the house sunn 2 15 apperently on of the old ones 350w @ 4ohms. i plan on using my hartke 2500 250w at 4 ohm will this be enough power for this cab?

I would say yes. I have a Hartke 3500 and sometimes play through an older Sunn 2X15 cab. Sounds good with rest of band, the cab is at 8 ohms so i'm only pushing around 240 watts with the Hartke head, plenty loud and never struggling for more juice either. I might be a little concerned using an old SUNN cab that I have yet to see/play through, hopefully its in good condition and ready to rock.

There are a couple different "old sunn 215s" (215S vs. 215B) but I think 250W at 4 Ohms is perfect for any of them. Rock that cab.

Most likely yes, though it depends on your band's overall volume. If the guitar and drums are busting eardrums, then you'll have problems being heard.

No death metal here, playin with a hip hop group. and no drums or guitar i think. me an b3 player and a guy using a MPC as well as a rapper. i dont think volume will be too much of an issue. should be fun never practiced, gonna all be improvised
