Super Bright Nickels - Tension/Flexibility

How do SB Nickels in 40-100 gauge compare on tension and flexibility to strings like Sunbeams and Thomastik Jazz Flats?

Close to DR sunbeam40-100 without " rolling " feel on E string while fretting

I also found both SBN 40G and 45G has thinner feel than others brand. Maybe just me......

I would say close enough, certainly the Sunbeams and Superbright will be very close. The TIs are also fairly similar in tension. I have all the strings on a few basses.

I thought you preferred SIT Foundation Nickel over the Dunlop, no?

the rounds are going to be more flexible. but we are talking two different animals.

I can confirm SB Nickels and Sunbeams in the same gauge are very similar. Both great strings for a warmer sound on a Jazz bass once broken in. Both strings record really well.
