Superhero Ressurection

In light of the Captain America thread, I was thinking one about the ressurection of superheroes would be in order. So what heroes have died and come back to comics?

The easy ones:

Superman and Jean Grey

Anyone who wants to tell the story of how they happened would be more than appreciated. Thanks all.

Galactus has died and come back to life, though he's not really a superhero...

I'll probably think of more later. There are so many, it's ridiculous.
