Wow, very nice. I think I noticed a pickup on your DB; were you also using that at all in this recording, or was it all acoustic through the mic?
Just a general string change comment that applies to SBW Deluxe Dirty Guts, but that also applies to almost any string types on a DB...
If you're changing strings, along with whatever general setup changes that are needed to accommodate string width and tension differences, it'd be smart to consider having your sound post adjusted for the strings you are changing to.
This is especially important if there is going to be a dramatic difference in string tension. Sound post location changes and even sound post length changes might better reveal how the new strings can really sound on your DB.
Moving to or from metal, thin, high tension strings to or from synthetic or gut, fat, low tension strings may also require changes to the fingerboard relief, so while in the shop for that, a sound post adjustment could be an easy thing to also have done.
Transparency: I've experienced dramatically improved sound after making string changes with my Alcoa DB when sound post changes were done, particularly the length of the sound post. My Alcoa DB, I know, is a whole different ball game in many ways. But sound improvement with a sound post change also applies to more conventional wooden DBs.

During the recording I only used a microphone, the pickup is a "Shadow SH 951" that I use on stage only.
