SVT 3 PRO Power up time

howdy... I just got an svt 3 pro and it was kind of a mess. I cleaned it all up and replaced a bad bias pot. It is working well now but I have a question for anyone experienced with using this amp..

How long is it supposed to take for the amp to power on? This one takes a while to warm up. It was making a loud pop before I fixed it up, which is now gone... but it still takes a while for the relay to kick on. Is this normal?

How long is a while? It should kick in pretty much right away or within a couple of seconds anyway.
