That's a good point, my V4 used to pickup cell phone noise like crazy. Never had that issue with my SVT but I've switched phones since the V4 so..? Either way, this was a good mention as that's kind of noise it would make.

My Bad II thought you meant the Power switches were rockers. Now I get it and you are correct. And yes my Galaxy 4s was near the amp and the noise did stop after I shut it off but I never put 2+2 together that the phone might have been causing the problem. Thanks to all for their help.

Sounds like a capacitor to me. Could it have "healed" itself?

The noise was too consistent I think.
