I have ordered a set of big pole pups for my Fender Jazz Bass since I needed to shield the whole thing anyway. I have bought the shielding paint instead of using copper tape though. I have also painted the bottom of the poles and painted them to the ground leads. No buzz when I touch the pups! Sounds really nice. The bridge has a nice knock to it. Here are a few pics. (note to self: next time use gloves when you pain with that graphite paint.....)
