swapping necks

ok before anyone gets jittery i've searched and come up with zilch so i need help or links please

i recently aquired two aria pro zzb bass's in a game of chance (ebay to be percise)
anyways one is the duluxe model and one is the custom model the differences being the custom has 24 frets and a funky bridge with a really cool fine tuning gizzmo on it and has a rosewood fingerboard
whereas the duluxe has 22 frets and a bog standard bridge and a maple fingerboard

the scale lenght on both is 820mm (32 1/4")

now then the custom model has some damage on the body (a crack near the neck no less) but is my fave out of the two as i preffer 24 frets plus i like the funky bridge

my question is thus: can i swap the necks and bridges over or will this cause inotation problems (due to the 22/24 scale difference) i dont mind keeping them both as they are but if i have an option to swap them over without re-drilling or re-routing i will
