SWR Silverado 4x8

recently picked up a henry 8X8 off tb. sounds very nice. oddly though the majority of the sound, not just the lowest notes is coming from the three hugh ports. no other cab i have does that. may be a 8 inch with bass phenomina (i really can't spell, no joking), is that thing ported???

I have a Silverado 2x12, and it's got plenty of power. I had heard the change was made because the 4x8 model jst didn't have enough ooompf.

Yes it's cabinet design was not that of the BBs. That would have been crazy, a double BB!!

My old Ampeg B2 with 4 - 8's sits on top of another Ampeg with 4 - 8's ....making my mini SVT but portable. Amazing power from these little drivers!!
