T-Rex Distortion Pedal

I'm looking for anyone who has used the T-Rex distortion pedal. I have read the reviews and it looks good, but I want to hear from first hand use. Im looking for almost a muse like distortion, without the guitar amp, so any help would be great.

I should mention that it is the t-rex bass juice distortion pedal, sorry for leaving that out.

I just bought the TC Electronics Vintage bass distortion,the same thing under a different color.
It's a very hard distortion,more like a fuzz.
It seems to not loose bass,even if is quite impossible when you turn the gain to max.
The boost made a incredible fuzz,quite unusable.
A good pedal,easy to find a good sound,a great variety of fuzz sounds,but too pricy...here in europe is over 200 euro,i found mine new at 120
