Talkbass!! Thanks for helping me find the "hyperbass"!!

Over the years, I have asked Talkbass peeps for opinions and received a lot of good advice, as well as recommendations for bands that do similar things with just bass, drums, and vocals. I have tried various board setups, and it's been like doing Riverdance for me to perform, but I felt I was honing in on a sound. The "rig" was cumbersome to set up and use, but workable for the most part. To my amazement, there was a much easier way right there at my toetips all along. Now, I am using a 4-amp setup with two bass amps; One we call "fat" and one we call "thin". The other two amps are FRFR Headrush amps that run the "guitar side", those being rhythm and a lead guitar sound, all run by 1 Helix pedalboard!! The discovery was LIFE CHANGING! I used this setup to record our new releases, and we have been performing in a way I believe is unique to us. I am happy to share the details of the setup if anyone would like me to record a detailed video of my setup and post it. As always, if anyone has thoughts about our rig, or you are just curious about being in a two-man band (particularly bass and drums), I am happy to chat about it. Thanks again!
