Re D'Addario, they make a high C available as a single, the TWB035, and five sets total: four 4-string sets identical in gauges but in different lengths, with the three non-standard having the S, M and SL qualifiers added to the ETB92 codename (for "short", "medium" and "super-long" respectively), and one 5-string set in standard (long-scale) length, the ETB92-5.
