tapewound tension

This again will depend on the brand you buy, and what you are comfortable with tensionwise.
Fender tapes seem to be the lightest tensioned tpaes I have used. They make TI Jazz Flats seem heavy tensioned. They take some getting used to because they are easy to bend out of tune if you are not careful.
It's been years since I have used LaBellas. They were much more heavy tensioned than the Fenders. I quit using them for that reason even though I have read where others feel there tension is not that tight. Guess it's what you are used to.
I have found the GHS Tapes to be somewhere in the middle in tension and I am really enjoying them on my 5 string fretless.
