Tendonitis in my thumbs affecting my playing :(

Heyy,
I've always been the girl who has some crazy injury and I normally just ignore them. This one, however, is interrupting my playing. I can use a pick fine, but when I want to try picking my thumb swells up double its size and hurts like hell! Anyone else experienced this? Please help me...

I too have tendonitis ... use topical Arnica daily ... also try Skullcap.
