I got a new pedal a few weeks ago that could take 18v. Flipped the voltage switch on the power supply, turned it on, got a cool sound. Then stepped on my MBD3. And all I got was a loud whining sound. Hey guess what? Stupid plugged the wrong pedal into the 18v out.

I emailed Damnation Audio through the website and they helped me get it sorted. The MBD3 arrived back home today and sounds as great as it did before I had an idiot moment.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the timely service. Especially when it was 100% user error.

I had a very early MBD 1 that stopped working. They repaired it and updated the enclosure! Zero charge! And I was not the original owner. Best service ever. Very cool to deal with. And the pedals are some of the finest made.

Makes me glad I just invested in Bass Power Distorter. Only thing better than a cool pedal is cool people making them.
