I know that this book has been discussed extensively in this forum, however, I wonder if anyone has a .pdf version of this available for study purposes. The copy in my local library had been stolen, probably by someone who knew the monetary value of this wonderful book.
I would like to purchase this at some point but the current amazon price tag is a problem.
