The correct way to switch off an effect (Darkglass Infinity)

Hi all,

I wonder what is the correct way to switch off a multi-efffect, in my case it's Darkglass Infinity. There is a bypass option that visually switches off the device so all the LEDs go off but it still works as the signal still goes through (in bypass mode) and the device stays warm.

It does not have a switch off button as most pedals so the obvious option is to take the AC plug out of the socket but to me that seems a bit brutal for the power adapter and the device.

Leaving it on all the time, even though in bypass mode, also doesn't feel like a great solution.

What do you guys suggest?

Thanks!

I believe that in the manual it states that disconnecting the power is the "Off" button for better or worse. LOL.
Actually, I started from looking for that in the manual but found no information on that.
Well, it seems that just killing it by pulling out the switch is the only way to go.

I wonder if there is any risk in leaving it switched on most of the time, maybe just switching off the LEDs by going into bypass mode.

If I were you I would leave it on all the time, except when I stop using it for a long period of time (several days)
