Well, that MUST make You feel like a million euros when crap that like this happens.

Is that a part of the format though? In Finland they did at least once bring one of the most hilarious failures (a comedy act?) to the finals to sing.

No, the fail comes into play when you don't add it as an exception and accept the correct certificate (usually happens when someone makes their own SSL certificate, instead of getting one through verisign or rsa...etc.), thanks for playing....
