This is the debut album from a Boston-area band headed up by two old friends of mine who I worked with 20 years ago in two different bands, vocalist Erica Rodney in Fatwall Jack and drummer Jon Cohan in the Link Removed. They met each other long after leaving those bands, got married and started up this band a few years ago. Jon gave me a call last year to come over and play on some songs that ended up as tracks 6, 8 and 10 on the CD. I can't take credit for the great bass playing on the other seven songs. It's split between covers of Warren Zevon, George Jones, Randy Newman and Rufus plus six songs written by the band.
