I drove through Walla Walla once. The town doesn't live up to its image.

I'd only recommend banana peppers if you can't stand the heat of spicier peppers.

Here's a guy doing it the old-fashioned way:



Get the big spicy peppers from the Asian grocery.

prik noom = young chili pepper
nahm prik = sauce

Wasn't going to use the banana peppers either! .....

We grow our own Thai peppers of more suitable heat and flavor....
