Young Will Robinson...oh the pain.

I had my glasses in one hand and my cleaning cloth thing in the other. My intention was to shake out the cloth before cleaning my lenses and I shook my glasses which then flew out of my hand across my desk. I think I might go home.
It's raining hard and I left my car windows cracked. Can I get a little sympathy?

Today is our middle granddaughter's 5th Birthday!
We were in Sydney when she was born.
Day Umm, was that FIVE years ago?!
I'm watching the trio of cousins bouncing on the trampoline as I write this.
I was raised around my cousins...a Big Irish Catholic flock of 'em...about 20 of 'em. Some grew up to be fine people; others grew up to be asshats.
Two brothers are waiting to find out if they are going to jail for an Extended period of time...family whispers related to extortion or some such.
Of course, if I'd had my eyes open at the time, I probably could have predicted that when they were 9 or 10 years old.

I envy people who grew up with their cousins. I had a grand total of two! Both always lived at least a thousand miles away so I was lucky to see them every few years. Can't imagine what its like to have such a large extended family. You're a lucky man, the harp unstrung!
