I want to get a job doing simultaneous translation to ASL for political press conferences. I know nothing about ASL but I would love to be on TV gesticulating wildly behind a politician.

It earned its fashion padlock, that is all. Do not read too much into it.That isn’t what I got out of the thread locking.

It’s padlocked to comply with the lockdown. Don’t stand too close and use lots of sanitizer. It earned its fashion padlock, that is all. Do not read too much into it.
What is this "punk" that everyone's talking about? Some new fad? Like twerking?
That's not even music, it's just noise![]()
What did you get?.......That isn’t what I got out of the thread locking.
These "punkers" are crazy. That "song" doesn't even have a melody. YMMV, carrotsSeems like there are some youtube faithful that differ.

Disney/Family Channel brought me here 5 years ago, and I'm still jamming out to this song today. This is what I call real music

I am going to be the non conformist in the group of non conformist punks and say I love this.Time to trade in patched pants and anti flag shirt for polos and boat shoes.
I have a hard time thinking of this as punk. It sounds more like contemporary teeny bop music. I remember doing songs like that at weddings that we played. Considered top forty if it is still called that. These "punkers" are crazy. That "song" doesn't even have a melody. YMMV, carrots

Punk is Iggy Pop, The Ramones, ...I don't see any vomit in that video.
In this video, the vomit is probably in the audience...
Have you not seen this?Loved Iggy (saw him live about a half dozen times) ....Wasn't "Punk" though...and....Neither were the Ramones....
(Nothing wrong with that....obviously)....
Great stuff but PRE-Punk.....Iggy never had the no jobs, no money, desperation of the original, Thatcher driven, unheralded punk bands.....Have you not seen this?

Its a 4 part series.
It goes through the evolution of punk. I actually made it through the whole thing and I am not what you would call an aficionado.
