The Sugar Bears Bassist?

Hey there.
I've been into the bubblegum music scene, and got into the album Presenting the Sugar Bears. However, like most bubblegum albums, none of the session personnel are credited. I'd really like to know if anyone can point out who the bassist might have been? The bass sounds like the same from the Carpenters, so I wonder if it was Joe Osborn? Thanks! I've attached a link to one of the songs, which kinda sounds like the bassline to the Carpenters version of Please Mr. Postman. I'm just hoping someone more familiar with Osborn's style would have a better idea. Thank you again!

I did a little sleuthing, with the help of that video. The 1971 session, besides involving a young Kim Carnes, featured singer/guitarist/writer Mike Settle(a member of Kenny Rogers’ band, The First Edition)plus another singer/writer, Baker Knight(“Lonesome Town”, “The Wonder Of You”). All of this overseen by legendary producer Jimmy Bowen(Frank and Nancy Sinatra, Lee Hazelwood, Dean Martin, Dino Desi & Billy, First Edition, etc), so…. it would depend on who he favored for bass on his recordings. Bowen had used Carol Kaye in the past, but yeah, it does sound like Osborn, so who knows? Probably his son, who shows up here occasionally.
