    It caters to the niche market of musicians who want to record an LP and then be murdered and burried in a shallow grave, never to have their remains located, let alone identified. Very niche.

    Does he still own It? Wasn't a coincidence. He even named it something like Pig Studio, which is far from random. But as far as I know he didn't sleep in a bathtub or murder anyone.
