Thin C necks.

Which companies make thin c (or subsequent other letters) necks? I know schecter, esp, Ibanez, occasional fenders do. Any other ones? I’ve been spoiled by these types of necks and everything else feels chunky and fat in my hands now.

If you're willing to try an aftermarket Fender-style neck, I think it's hard to go wrong with Musikraft. You can get heavy rolled fingerboard edges (which I love) and a thin C back profile:

Reactions: epic!
I'm not 100% sure the difference between a C neck and a U neck, but ESP/LTD has thin-U and extra thin-U necks in various basses. I have a 2018 D-series with a thin-U neck (which I love. It's fast and slender, but not a pencil neck like a Soundgear. My D-5 is sheer joy to play). I feel like extra thin U would be too thin for me.

I had a 2004 MIJ Geddy Lee Jazz. It had the thinnest neck I've ever played and was my #1 player for a long time.
The ONLY reason I sold it is because I'm playing nothing but short scale basses now. If I could find a short scale Jazz and/or P with that neck profile I'd buy each in a heartbeat. It was fantastic!

The Carvin/Kiesel LB series basses...
I know you said some Fenders but just a mention of the MIJ Fender GL Jazz...
Even though the Squier 70's Jazz is thinner also.

I feel the same. Went on a similar quest for better/thinner and ended up loving Charvel San Dimas compound radius speed necks on the new pj’s. Highly recommended.

Currently playing an LTD GB-4 and Geddy Lee Jazz which have ruined the feel of other guitars for me. Love the feel of both.
