My wife saved her last metal Band Aid container. Wow. Maybe it’ll become a collector’s item.
I've got a couple of them around here somewhere, storing small stuff like matchbooks, etc. They were produced in such volume, for so long, I doubt they'll have any real "antique" value during our lifetimes. Of course, there's no shortage of them being re-sold as collectibles on various websites across the internet all the same.

It only just occurred to me this week to "retire" one I had, still in the bathroom, still holding band-aids. Looking at its production date, only then did I notice that it was 30 years old.

I do kinda miss them, and certain other tins. :thumbsup:
