Thinking about first head and cab...

i'm looking for my first head and cab, to use for rehearsals and probably little gigs. I've been using a little Hartke B60 combo for the last 4 years and i don't think i need A LOT more of volume. I think 180/200w would be okay for what i need.
I can't spend a lot of money on this gear, so i'm considering to pick up the gallien krueger mb200 head and an Eden Ex410 cab.
What do you think about this combination? Im pretty sure the gallien krueger is a safe buy in terms of quality and its worth. But i've never tried any Eden cab, that's my main doubt.
What do you guys think? Sorry if my writing seems sloppy, english isn't my first language

Recently bought 2 Eden 410 xlts. They have a lot more punch than the Peavey 410s that I was playing. I never had any issues with Hartke amp heads. I played the HA3500 head and it never quit on me.

MB200 and the Eden 410 is a great idea! For me though, more wattage would be necessary. Mainly for headroom and the ability to create a better tone. Are you looking at used items?

Eden 410 XLTS are loud and growly. One was great for shows. Two stacked was excellent for some shows. Great cabinet

I don't feel like i need much more wattage cause i just ocassionally play gigs, not often.
I know 200w isn't a lot of wattage, but coming from a 60w combo I think it'll be a huge difference in volume and tone, won't it?

Tell us what country you are from and what kind of music stores you have and also availability of bass amps. This is so we don't recommend amps you can't get or can't afford. The GK MB200 is a good little amp, and so is the Fender Rumble 200, as is the new little Trace Eliot ELF. All in the same price range here in USA.
The Eden 410 XLT's are legendary, so no problem there other than weighing in at 100 pounds.

Yes, 200 watts will be a HUGE difference coming from a Hartke 60.

I always wanted to try an MB200 with a pair of stacked Eden EX112 cabs. They won't handle very much power, but they should work well with 200 watts. Much lighter and easier to haul than a 410 and you might even hear yourself better.

I'm from Argentina. We don't have the same availability of bass amps as you have in the usa, but i can't complain. The actual problem is that bass gear (also guitar gear and almost every other instrument) is EXPENSIVE. Some stuff's price is even twice the price you pay in usa.
The GK mb200 is between 10500 and 11500 pesos (between 600 and 660 dollars). Im not gonna spend that much money on a 200w head so im buying it used. Its price is 7500 pesos (420 dollars).
About the fender rumble... i dont really dig fender amps haha. Just a mater of personal taste.
To name another option: Hartke Ha2500 is about the same price as the mb200. Trace elliot? Forget it, it's very very very expensive for my budget
