  2. I don't think he is really pricing those at $1300. He is just putting up a rediculously high number so people will have to bid if they want it. He wants an auction not just a priced sale.

  4. Well, he's not going to get either if his reserve is anywhere near the BIN price. The best way to get bids, IME, is to start low and not have a reserve at all.

    anybody who would pay $560 for some 46 year old pickups isn't very bright. plus how does the buyer know they are authentic? because a 1966 date was scribbled on the bottom? they could be $2 pickups from an old copy bass
