Now I see DB means double bass.

That means BG means bass guitar.

On behalf of talkbass I'd like to say, I'm so sorry. What did those poor vultures do to you!

Though I would like to hear some Steve Harris basslines on an upright. A jazz tribute to Maiden would be kick ass.

I've personally played "The Trooper" on my 3/4 upright. It was a lot of fun.

God, this is killin me. hahaha.

They are pretty protective of their territory over on that side of the board. The threads where they make fun of dumb threads here are really funny, though.
