Hello all.

I have been interested in buying a special order high c Spirocore from Thomastik, but they aren’t responding to any of my attemps of contacting them.

What is your experience with Thomastik customer service?

I have never contacted them directly.
When a new Dominant solo high A string broke they replaced it immediately.
Rather, their US representative Quinn replaced it.

By the way, speaking of high C, Pirastro Obligato has a synthetic high C, and Passione has a steel high C. Not a special order.

Pirastro offers a high-C in several of their brands, by the way, not just these two.

He is responsible for special orders.

They were the two contact persons when I asked for the Spiro Weich high C and other DB related questions.
Usually you have to get 12 of the same string. It might be possible to wait until the next batch is made for somebody else to get a single one, but if one has to order 12, it takes sone years until the next 12 might be ordered.

If you just want to try, I have a second one but want it back.
