There are many "Confederate" flags. I'd be surprised if they don't have one somewhere even if it's on Johnny's mic stand or a headband. The flag does NOT,in and of itself, indicate racism. Unfortunately a helluva lotta people both take and use it that way.The one usually seen is the Battle Flag,C.S.A Flag #2-the star and bars. What's behind them is the Alabama State flag.
They were all based on the old Spanish maritime flag.... I agree that they are totally misconstrued. Barely see them in CA..

Originally form Cincinatti I think..
Yup! A guy I worked with in FTL turned me on to the place. He said it was"Cincinatti Skyline Chili". I think it said that on the sign or menu. If I'm down there when they're open,my van takes me there. That's my excuse,I'm stickin' to it.:smug:

Blimey, sounds like a minefield. I get the picture though based on the regional thing. I can imagine the Texan version being heavily meat based. It sounds like it might be fun to travel around sampling the different versions, you could write a book on it I'm sure
Just go to a chili cookoff. Very popular along with clam chowder and rib cookoffs
