Remember the 11 commandment, the one Moses dropped on his foot: "thou shalt not fight over chilli but beer is alright"

They were all based on the old Spanish maritime flag.... I agree that they are totally misconstrued. Barely see them in CA..There are many "Confederate" flags. I'd be surprised if they don't have one somewhere even if it's on Johnny's mic stand or a headband. The flag does NOT,in and of itself, indicate racism. Unfortunately a helluva lotta people both take and use it that way.The one usually seen is the Battle Flag,C.S.A Flag #2-the star and bars. What's behind them is the Alabama State flag.
OK. Read the article. Still prefer mine the way Mom made it. WITH beans.Usually very quick acting beans. It's always been my understanding that chili in its purist form is bean-less.
The Great Chili Debate: Beans or No Beans?

Lost me there. My grasp of Swedish is sorely lacking.
Ok ok you win!!
PSML

Yup! A guy I worked with in FTL turned me on to the place. He said it was"Cincinatti Skyline Chili". I think it said that on the sign or menu. If I'm down there when they're open,my van takes me there. That's my excuse,I'm stickin' to it.Originally form Cincinatti I think..

Just go to a chili cookoff. Very popular along with clam chowder and rib cookoffsBlimey, sounds like a minefield. I get the picture though based on the regional thing. I can imagine the Texan version being heavily meat based. It sounds like it might be fun to travel around sampling the different versions, you could write a book on it I'm sure
Did everyone's forum skin just change or was it just mine?
Thank God for that, I thought it was my imagination!Mine did as well.
Hummm, didn't Entwistle play sans pic?
I find it difficult to believe that there is a beer weaker than Coors, aside from Coors Light I mean. Weakest "beer" I have ever tried. Not the worst tasting but not off by much.
Foster's...
I've never tried Fosters, I used to like Castlemaine xxxx years ago but I haven't seen it in yearsFoster's is better than Coors............. Not sayin' much there!
